- Routinely assesses, reads, and adjusts Andover controls and programing on the BAS system
- Operates and manipulates facility systems without detriment to facility or safety from the BAS system
- Routinely conducts troubleshooting of in field BAS related components
- Accesses BAS front end graphic pages and AMT menu to actively monitor and controls temperature, humidity, air pressurization, differential pressure, VFD percentage, flow rate, damper and valve positions, occupancy points, and water level alarms, etc., to include but not be limited to only these activities
