Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Communications Manager (CM) to support our global and business unit internal and external communications strategy through the project management, development and delivery of communications campaigns and plans.
Working as part of the business unit team, the role holder will drive the design, development and delivery of imaginative and timely content that supports Wood’s strategy and business plans at global, business unit, regional, and functional levels.
Establishing close partnerships with key internal stakeholders, the CM will use their expertise to guide and influence the successful creation of clear and engaging communications, based on strong stakeholder and channel understanding and analysis. Being results-focused, the CM will monitor and measure the impact of messaging in line with objectives.
The CM will drive engagement with a global community of experts (COE) and marcomms peers across the business units, to support the successful and tailored delivery of campaigns to increase employee engagement, understanding and awareness of Wood and positively impact culture.
The role is supported by a global COE and/or BU Communications Leads and Advisors and will lead and motivate teams as required.
