Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions has a career opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator / Coordinator to support our Columbia office. This individual will assist with office administration tasks as well as some project coordination in support of Client program needs.
The ideal candidate will coordinate and assist with general office administration tasks; such as, managing account payable and receivables, tracking office supplies and supporting proposal preparation. In addition project administration responsibilities such as project set-ups, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking, data tabulation, and report compilation will be done on as needed basis.
