    Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions has a career opportunity for an experienced Office AdministratorCoordinator to support our Columbia office. This individual will assist with office administration tasks as well as some project coordination in support of Client program needs.


    The ideal candidate will coordinate and assist with general office administration tasks; such as, managing account payable and receivables, tracking office supplies and supporting proposal preparation.  In addition project administration responsibilities such as project set-ups, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking, data tabulation, and report compilation will be done on as needed basis.

    Skills / Qualifications


    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office templates and the use of styles in files
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills including a professional and friendly demeanor
    • Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to customer service
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in an environment with pressing deadlines
    • Ability to have a flexible schedule and willing to adjust hours to meet client and business needs
    • Must pass drug screen and background check


    • Associates degree or 2 years + of relevant A&E consulting industry experience
    • Knowledge of, and/or proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Acrobat/PDF manipulation
