Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) who will be responsible for the Quality Assurance Program implementation across a Wood E&IS Business Group. The QAL has dual reporting to the Group President and to the E&IS Director of Assurance. The QAL is responsible to implement the E&IS and company quality program within their Group. The QAL reports Group metrics and effectiveness of the quality program, identifying areas for improvement to the President and Group leadership. The QAL also provides support to company quality initiatives to develop new programs, roll out materials, and train staff as needed on quality related matters. The QAL accomplishes these functions through engaging with project teams to determine quality assurance requirements/needs, performing surveillances, assessments, and readiness reviews, as appropriate, and reviewing and verifying applicable project documents and processes. The role requires interaction with project staff, senior leadership, and customers.
