Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager that is a registered mechanical engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid project management background in HVAC design, energy efficiency, have leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to work with a group of experienced professionals.
As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing both design and construction administration of small to large HVAC projects. He/She is responsible for managing planning, assessments/feasibility studies, all design phases, deliverable schedules, coordination, and control of a HVAC project from its inception through construction. He/She is responsible for ensuring that the client’s requirements regarding the functionality and standards are met. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that that a project is managed and concluded successfully. A professional engineer license is required. A Project Management Professional certification is desired. This position requires a minimum of 20 years of experience with a focus on HVAC equipment design and replacement for small to large facilities.
