    WOOD GROUP Payroll Administrator

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    A high energy team player who can multi-task and who thrives on being busy. Candidate will report to the Payroll Supervisor in the Finance Service Center.  This person must function in both a team setting as well as independently and enjoy solving problems. (Contract to hire)

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    • Processes and reviews Timecard Corrections in Oracle Time & Labor
    • Keys time in Oracle Time & Labor as a Timekeeping Proxy
    • Direct Deposit Entry
    • W-4 Entry
    • Administration of the Aline Program (PayCard)
    • Mail Sort and Distribution
    • Scans data into payroll files
    • Other tasks as assigned required

     

     

    Required Skills or Tools

     

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • High level of flexibility to meet the ever-changing demands of a fast-paced work environment
    • Detail oriented
    • Quality Customer Service
    • Previous Payroll experience preferred
    • Experience with Oracle is a plus – but not required
