  • Overview / Responsibilities

     

    Wood is currently recruiting for a Recruiting Coordinator with experience in recruiting and/or human resources.

    Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

     

    The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Strategic Resourcing Teams with attracting and screening candidates and be responsible for supporting the Resourcing function with all administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Establish strong working relationships with internal customers and colleagues within the Resourcing function
    • Post job advertisements on a variety of attraction media
    • Contact candidates in talent pools to ascertain their interest in specific or general vacancies
    • Manage candidate responses, ensuring all applicants receive an appropriate response
    • Conduct initial resume and candidate screening
    • Provide administrative support as required eg booking interviews, updating databases etc.

    Skills / Qualifications

    Minimum Experience:

    • Administration experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry in an HR/Recruitment setting
    • Knowledge of Recruiting and/or HR based databases
    • Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel

    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent customer facing and organisational skills
    • Ability to manage a high volume of work effectively
    • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information responsibly
