  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood is currently recruiting for a Sr. GIS Developer with extensive experience in development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex GIS infrastructure. You should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks. You should have in - depth knowledge of several development technology / programming language. You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. You should be able to coach, guide, and mentor other members in the team.

     

     

    Skills / Qualifications

    • A minimum of 5 years developing custom web - based GIS applications
    • Working knowledge of ESRI software Suite (ArcGIS Desktop / Server 10.x), knowledge in the use of ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Web Appbuilder
    • Experience using SQL Server, ASP.NET, Python, JavaScript, C#
    • Familiarity with ArcGIS Data Collector and Survey123
    • Working knowledge of utilizing REST, SOAP, or other data methodologies
