The Program Director will be responsible for the cradle-to-grave oversight of multiple project teams executing projects for assigned clients. The project managers for each project team will report and be accountable to the Program Director. This position will be the Wood’s senior project level representative, responsible for overseeing the planning, organization (staffing) and execution of projects for assigned customers and will work alongside Business Development to ensure proactive client account management. Projects may range in scope from conceptual studies to the largest and most complex EPC projects. Core responsibilities include Project Management assignments and leadership of their employees. The Project Director will oversee the project teams’ performance to ensure the proper monitoring of safety planning and implementation, compliance and performance, constructability, project progress, financial performance against as-sold budgets, Integrity Management through baseline compliance, conformance with all corporate core values, and the assurance of healthy customer relationships.
