  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for Project Manager (PM) to support data center construction projects based from Seattle/Redmond, WA.

     

    The Data Center Project Manager will be responsible for leading a cross functional team between both the corporate office and field project site to successfully deliver cost effective projects on schedule. The PM will be responsible for coordinating across engineering, procurement, cost estimating, scheduling, and field construction. This position will be responsible for reviewing vendor cash flow and budget performance, along with change orders, pay applications, and other project documentation. The PM will create and present management reports on key performance metrics and progress.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in design and construction project management (progressive responsibility related to mission critical/data center facilities preferred)
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff
    • Experience managing multiple large multi-faceted projects
    • Construction health and safety knowledge
    • Knowledge of innovative and cost-effective data center construction means, methods, and technology (preferred)
    • Degrees, professional licenses, and certifications in Engineering, Construction Management, etc. (preferred)
