  • Overview / Responsibilities



    • Coordinate all technical support, and data analysis for project SSH performance reporting
    • Keep track/organize SSH related data, documents and case files
    • Coordinate EM SSH initiatives from project central/home office
    • Provide technical administrative support to project SSH organization

    Skills / Qualifications


    • Integrated role, working closely with Contractor SSH reporting technician to set up safety reporting process
    • Maintain data collection/reporting process aligned with the project SSH principles, facilitate information flow from field locations to project central/home office
    • Review field SSH reports and consolidate into one EM report for submission to project leadership team
    • Conduct quality check on technical data received regularly to ensure data integrity
    • Conduct data analysis based on requests from Project Leadership and SSH Team
    • Keep Project Senior Safety Advisor apprised of significant SSH trends observed to support timely actions
    • Assist in drafting notifications for communication to Project Management per project reporting expectations
    • Coordinate planning and execution of project central/home office SSH events
    • Provide document control/technical administrative support to SSH teamQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
    • Possess an accredited degree (Associates or Higher) in Sciences, Business, or related discipline and/or have equivalent experience
    • Database management experienced is desired
    • Self-starter is essential
