  • Overview / Responsibilities

    • Experience with OpenInvoice, Quandrem, Ariba, Oildex, Actian, eProcurement, Cortex, NobleCortex, ISupplier and SAP systems
    • Assist Billing with uploading of Accounts Receivable Invoices as needed
    • Maintain admin support functionality with all Customer portals
    • Develop all portal layout and maintain functionality of all sites
    • Provide assistance to all personnel and external organizations
    • Integrate new technology system into portal and coordinate with I.T.
    • Maintain status for all portal projects and assist to resolve all issues for new and existing channels and automate all processes
    • Perform tests and upgrade processes as needed
    • Maintain all efficient portal documentation system and assist in installation of all new portals
    • Monitor and analyze all system metrics and maintain optimal performance for all portals
    • Provide support to all business and in house operations

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Must be able to demonstrate intermediate level skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred
    • Oracle ERP experience is preferred

    • Highly motivated to provide great Customer Service
