  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood’s Chelmsford, MA office is seeking part-time / 24 hours (4 days/week) Administrative Support for Project Manager activities and overall office administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization skills, and a desire to learn a variety of tasks.


    Key Responsibilities

    The position will involve:

    • Type and proofread memoranda, complex reports, letters, charts, graphs and e-mail messages using word processing, spreadsheet, and data management applications
    • General reception duties; answering phone, greeting guests, receiving deliveries, ordering supplies
    • Assist with meeting arrangements, meal ordering, setup, break down
    • Maintain records and files in hard copy and /or automated data base format
    • Perform a variety of accounting-related clerical duties; checks records, prepares invoices and vouchers, posts records, etc.
    • Compile accurate data to prepare reports as needed
    • Prepare and process paperwork necessary for purchase orders, invoice payment, expense reports, etc.
    • Preform complex office duties as requested
    • Assist project managers with proposal
    • Other duties as assigned

    Skills / Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 4-6 years office experience
    • High computer literacy – MS office Suite
    • Ability to prioritize and work in a team environment
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner
    • Ability to operate common office equipment
    • Professional communication skills
    • May require the ability to lift shipped and delivered material up to 25 lbs.
