  • Overview / Responsibilities

    The main objective is to assist the Financial Reporting Manager through consolidation of internal accounts, financial reporting, and the monthly financial close process for the entire Asset Solutions Americas (ASA) business. 


    The FR Senior will work alongside another Analyst to ensure financials are accurately reported and consolidated. They will have constant interaction with Group and Regional teams as well as being an interface with Auditors and Investor Relations.


    • Consolidation and analysis of monthly financial results
    • Interfacing with numerous finance professionals ensuring that deadlines are adhered to.
    • Provide support to local teams to ensure accurate reporting into HFM applications. Works closely with Financial Reporting Manager to drive changes to HFM that enable more efficient or effective financial reporting
    • Ensures major Budgets and Monthly Forecasts are accurately loaded into HFM
    • Acts as liaison with Financial Reporting Manager and Financial Partners on any month-end related questions regarding financial results, budgets, forecasts and KPIs
    • Facilitates ad-hoc financial data requests for the region, supporting Region Management, Group Management, investor relations, industry surveys, etc.

    Skills / Qualifications


    • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or similar discipline


    Knowledge, skills and experience:

    • Prior experience in public accounting is preferred but not required
    • Strong systems and data acumen, extensive HFM experience required
    • Advanced Excel knowledge
    • Comfortable with working to deadlines
    • Ability to analyze results, recognizing differences and determining causes
