  • Overview / Responsibilities

    Wood is currently recruiting for a Document Control Clerk to join our team in Orla, Texas. You will be responsible for the clean-up, development, training adn migration of documents into a new corporate document repository - Open Text.



    U.S. Only:  Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.




    • Re-classifying migrated documentation (Estimated Amount of Documents ~70,000+)
    • From reclassification spreadsheet pulled for PSM Facilities - data validation and cleanup (Pulled By Corporate Documentation Team)
    • Current PSM Files – data validation and cleanup
    • Uploading new/modified documentation directly into Open Text
    • Help Migrate documents from Engineering Team (Supplemental Folders) to Operations Folder Structure
    • Assist in the Development of the West Texas document control policy
    • Assist in the training of field Operations for Open Text


    Skills / Qualifications

    • Previous experience with Open Text highly desired
    • 1-3 years of Document Management experience preferred
