    Terra Nova Technologies (TNT), a subsidiary of Wood, designs, supplies, delivers and installs material handling systems for mining and mineral processing, coal, aggregate and cement clients throughout the world. Our experience includes delivery of mobile stacking system, crushing plant, and conveyor (stockpile, overland, in-pit, and in-plant) projects in 15 countries on 6 continents. We currently hold about 80% of the world market in the manufacture and installation of multiple-lift heap leach stacking systems.


    TNT currently has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position is located in our Santee, CA office. This role has overall responsibility for providing and coordinating administration functions across one or more projects.     Key Responsibilities

    • Providing administrative support to Projects as required
    • Assisting with formatting and organizing processes, procedures, standards, etc.
    • Maintaining consistency in project documentation for format and content, including editing and proofreading documents
    • Providing assistance with the setup of new project document control system
    • Maintaining project files and internal and external reporting requirements
    • Preparing and handling administrative tasks including; but not limited to, data entry, filing, photocopying and archiving of files
    • Preparing spreadsheet(s) and maintaining databases and logs, as required by the project
    • Coordinating, printing and issuing of non-technical documents
    • Administrating and maintaining SharePoint, Project Workspaces, Project Webs, Project Drives and hard copy file systems as required
    • Maintaining knowledge of the status of the project as well as specific administrative requirements

    Skills / Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years experience in a coordinator role
    • In lieu of a degree: 1-3 years progressive administrative duties in the Engineering or Commercial or Industrial Construction field
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
    • Advanced computer and word processing skills using MS Office applications including SharePoint
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to coordinate several high-priority deadlines simultaneously
    • Excellent organizational & prioritizing skills with the ability to multitask and work under the pressure of constant deadlines
    • Superior attention to detail
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Able to demonstrate sense of initiative and ownership
    • Aptitude to exercise foresight as well as good business judgment to anticipate and solve problems with minimal oversight
    • Energetic, self-motivated and quick to learn with a focus on continuous improvement
    • Ability to work in a team or independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment
