Wood is currently seeking a Construction Project Engineer to support our Program/Construction Management (PM/CM) Practice. This full-time position will report to our Washington, DC area office located in Chantilly, Virginia.
This full-time Construction Project Engineer position will work closely with Wood's project teams executing general contractor construction projects. This position may support design-build, engineering-procurement-construction (EPC), and design-bid-build procurement and execution for various construction project types, including vertical new construction, building renovation, and/or civil/site infrastructure.
Responsibilities include: support project and construction managers by gathering/analyzing cost and schedule input, assisting in subcontractor procurement support, visiting project sites, leading pre-construction meetings, coordinating RFI’s and submittals, supporting proposal development, and preparing project closeout documentation.
