Job Description

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently seeking a Concrete Inspector (ACI). This position will report to our San Diego office but location is open to anywhere in the US. Travel throughout the US and Overseas is required.


Key Responsibilities


  • Quality assurance inspection and non-destructive testing of steel and other structural materials as specified by contract documents
  • Clients include State DOT's, Federal Agencies, Public Utilities and other large Owners
  • Nondestructive testing (minimum ASNT level II certifiable in UT)
  • Work directly with Client engineering and inspection personnel
  • Monitor contractor quality control activities

Skills / Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • ACI Certification or ACI cert in progress
  • Ability to travel throughout the United States and Overseas as required
  • Must pass drug test, background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy
