Job Description

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions seeks a dynamic, experienced administrative professional to support the client program group based in Charlotte, NC.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides project administrative support including, but not limited to, a variety of accounting-related duties; tracking project expenses, timely project invoicing, timekeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, project set ups, etc.
  • This position will assist with effective communication and coordination of the assigned project between all disciplines and project team members, including external customers and vendors, as it relates to document management/document control
  • Manage revenue accruals for assigned projects - Work closely with Project Managers to track and implement project revenue accruals in accordance with client schedule and Wood accounting periods
  • Coordination of activities associated with the schedule, development, maintenance, update and safekeeping, retrieval of assigned project drawings and documents
  • Setup and maintain project's master document registers

Skills / Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organization and prioritization skills
  • A strong commitment to internal and external customer service
  • Attention to detail with focus on completeness and quality
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Good writing and speaking skills
  • Problem solving and solution oriented
  • Knowledge of Civil Engineering and Surveying field is very desirable
  • Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients
  • Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
